Every Honeydew Hooks plushie is handmade with care, which means no two pieces will be exactly alike. Small variations in shape, size, color, stitching, and placement are a natural part of the handmade process.

Our plushies are handmade items—not factory-produced products—and may have small imperfections or variations. These unique details are part of what makes each Honeydew Hooks plushie special.

Please review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

Because each Honeydew Hooks plushie is handmade individually, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, preference, sizing expectations, or other reasons unrelated to a defect or error on our part.

Return Exceptions

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the item described, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review each situation individually and, when appropriate, may offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

Handmade Plushie Care

Honeydew Hooks plushies are made to be GENTLY loved, they are still handmade textile items and may require occasional care.

With regular handling, you may occasionally notice a yarn tail working its way to the surface. This is normal for crocheted items and does not necessarily mean the plushie is unraveling. If this happens, simply tuck the yarn tail back into the plushie.

Avoid pulling, chewing, biting, or heavily stretching your plushie, as excessive force can damage the crochet stitches, seams, stuffing, or attached components.

A Note About Imperfections

Perfectly handmade isn't perfectly uniform—and that's intentional.

You may notice tiny differences in stitches, shaping, embroidery, color placement, or other details. These are not manufacturing defects; they are natural characteristics of a handmade item.

Every Honeydew Hooks plushie is made individually, and those little differences are part of its personality.

Safety

Honeydew Hooks plushies may contain small parts and are not intended for unsupervised use by young children.

Please keep plushies away from children who may put small parts or loose components in their mouths. Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate.

If any part of a plushie becomes loose, damaged, or detached, discontinue use until it has been properly repaired or replaced.
